Online Privacy Notice

1. Introduction

a. Website Owner. Age of Generosity, LLC is the owner of WISEgenerosity and of this website. Age of Generosity can be contacted by mail at [8735 Dunwoody Place # 1114, Atlanta, GA, 30350] or by email at hello@wisegenerosity.com. This online privacy notice discloses Age of Generosity information practices for the WISEgenerosity website, including what type of personal identifiable information is requested in order to make a purchase or use our services, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.

b. User Types. This privacy policy applies to all users of WISEgenerosity services:

  • “Customers” refers to individuals or organizations who purchase subscriptions, order resources, or send assessments to others
  • “Assessment Recipients” refers to individuals who receive and complete WISEgenerosity assessments through the WISEgenerosity website or via a link provided by a Customer
  • Both groups are collectively referred to as “Users” or “you” throughout this policy

c. Anonymous Website Visits. In general, you can visit the WISEgenerosity website without disclosing any personal information.

d. Website Transactions. At times, Age of Generosity will need personal information. For example, in order to share certain WISEgenerosity resources, an email address will be requested. For Customers making bulk book orders or purchasing Advance or Deepen subscriptions, we will need to know your name, mailing address, email address and credit card details. For Assessment Recipients, we collect your name, email address, and assessment responses. It is our intent to inform you before WISEgenerosity collects personal information, and if you tell us that you do not wish to have this information be used as a basis for further contact with you, Age of Generosity will respect your wishes.

2. Personal Information That May Be Collected

a. Customer Information. In order to access designated subscriber services and/or restricted areas within the WISEgenerosity website, Customers will be requested to provide certain personal identifying information, which may include: name, postal address, email address, telephone number, method of payment, and credit card number. Age of Generosity also may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain each Customer’s account.

b. Assessment Recipient Information. When taking a WISEgenerosity assessment, Assessment Recipients are required to provide their name and email address. We also collect your Assessment responses and results (your giving type or giving identity profile). By completing an Assessment via a link provided by a Customer, you acknowledge and consent that your results will be shared with that Customer, as well as with Age of Generosity. In the case where the Assessment was provided by a third-party and not by a Customer directly, your information will not be shared except with Age of Generosity. Please note the “WISEgenerosity Use Promise” at the bottom of the invitation you received for details in each case.

c. Information from Children. Age of Generosity does not sell products or services for purchase by children and will not collect or post information from a child under the age of 16 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. This applies to both Customers and Assessment Recipients. If made aware, Age of Generosity will notify the child’s parent or guardian at the email address provided, alerting the parent or guardian to the child’s use of the website and providing instructions as to how the parent or guardian can delete the child’s registration from the website.

d. Lost or Stolen Information. If a Customer’s credit card is lost or stolen, the Customer should promptly notify WISEgenerosity in order to enable Age of Generosity to cancel the lost or stolen information and to update its records with a changed credit card.

e. Chat Rooms, Forums and Bulletin Boards. If any User participates in a WISEgenerosity chat room, discussion forum, or posts messages to a WISEgenerosity bulletin board, you should be aware that the information disclosed and shared will be broadly available to other persons, both inside of and/or outside WISEgenerosity, who have access to that chat room, forum or bulletin board. Some individual WISEgenerosity chat rooms, forums or bulletin boards have additional rules and conditions regarding participation. Also, participant’s expressed opinion is their own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of WISEgenerosity or Age of Generosity.

f. Links to Other Websites. The WISEgenerosity website may contain links to other websites. Age of Generosity is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites.

g. Data Collected to Manage Your Subscription. At checkout, we will collect your name, email address, username, and password. This information is used to setup your account for our site. If you are redirected to an offsite payment gateway to complete your payment, we may store this information in a temporary session variable to setup your account when you return to our site.

At checkout, we may also collect your billing address and phone number. This information is used to confirm your credit card. The billing address and phone number are saved by our site to prepopulate the checkout form for future purchases and so we can get in touch with you if needed to discuss your order.

At checkout, we may also collect your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. This information is passed to our payment gateway to process your purchase. The last 4 digits of your credit card number and the expiration date are saved by our site to use for reference and to send you an email if your credit card will expire before the next recurring payment. When logged in, we use cookies to track some of your activity on our site including logins, visits, and page views.

3. Uses Made of the Information

a. Limited Uses Identified. Without your prior consent, Age of Generosity will not use your personal identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. WISEgenerosity uses personal identifiable information to reply to inquiries, address concerns, provide operational notices and in program recordkeeping. For Customers, Age of Generosity also processes billing and business requests related to WISEgenerosity website participation and WISEgenerosity program subscriptions.

b. Assessment Data Sharing. When Assessment Recipients receive a link via a WISEgenerosity Customer, your assessment results and identifying information are automatically shared with the Customer who sent you the assessment invitation. This sharing is essential to service functionality, and the primary intent is for the Customer to be able to better engage with and support the interests of the Assessment Recipient going forward. The Customer also may use your results for other purposes, such as team development, organizational planning, and the like. Age of Generosity is not involved with or responsible for Customer use of Assessment data. Age of Generosity retains Assessment data itself for service improvement, research, and platform development purposes but does not share or sell this information otherwise and does not use it in a personally identifiable manner.

c. Marketing Uses. Age of Generosity reserves the right to provide Customers with information about WISEgenerosity’s website, WISEgenerosity products and services, and related information in which you have indicated an interest. Assessment Recipients will not receive marketing communications unless they separately opt in to such communications.

d. Stored Information Uses. Age of Generosity stores User information securely for use only in relation to purposes for which the User has provided specific authorization by using WISEgenerosity resources. User information is not shared with or sold to any other outside party beyond the specific sharing described in this policy. General information produced as a result of using WISEgenerosity tools, including aggregated assessment data, may be used for research or other purposes but will not be handled in a personally identifiable manner. We take your privacy seriously.

e. Cart Recovery. When a user begins membership checkout but does not complete the purchase within a specified time, the cart is considered abandoned.

An email is sent to the user to complete the purchase via a link provided in the email. Reminder emails are sent at intervals of 1 hour, 1 day, and 1 week after cart abandonment.

The user can unsubscribe from abandoned cart emails using the unsubscribe link in the emails.

4. Disclosure of the Information

a. Within Corporate Organization. Age of Generosity may engage in or with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders. WISEgenerosity may share your personal information within the Age of Generosity corporate organization, and may transfer the information to countries in the world where WISEgenerosity conducts business. While some countries may provide less legal protection for personal information, we will adhere to our same privacy policy anywhere we operate.

b. Mergers and Acquisitions. Age of Generosity never shares, sells, or rents your personal information, except as specifically described in this policy regarding Assessment Recipient data sharing with Customers.

c. Agents. Age of Generosity employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on behalf of WISEgenerosity. These persons are provided with personal identifying information required to perform their functions, but are prohibited by contract from using the information for other purposes. These persons engage in a variety of functions which include, but are not limited to, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, removing repetitive information from User lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer services.

d. Marketing Analysis by Third Parties. Age of Generosity reserves the right to disclose to third parties information about Users for marketing analysis; however, any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify any individual User.

e. Disclosure to Governmental Authorities. Under certain circumstances, personal information may be subject to disclosure under a judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders.

5. Use of Computer Tracking Technologies

a. No Tracking of Personal Information. WISEgenerosity’s websites are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Through website access logs, WISEgenerosity does collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff for research and development, user analysis and business decision making, all of which provides better services to the public. The statistics garnered, which contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information, may also be provided to third parties.

b. Use of Cookies. WISEgenerosity does not collect non-identifiable and personal information through the use of various technologies, including “cookies.”

c. Use of Web Beacon Technologies. WISEgenerosity does not use web beacon or other similar technologies.

d. Collection of Non-Identifiable Information. Age of Generosity may collect non-identifiable information from User visits to the WISEgenerosity websites in order to provide better customer service. Examples of such collecting include: traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which Users visit, or tracking numbers of visitors; measuring visitor activity on WISEgenerosity websites; website and system administration; user analysis; and business decision making. Such information is sometimes known as “clickstream data.” Age of Generosity or its contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics.

e. Collection of Personal Information. WISEgenerosity collects personal identifying information from Users during certain transactions. Age of Generosity may extract some personally identifying information about that transaction in a non-identifiable format and combine it with other non-identifiable information, such as clickstream data. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level (not at an individual level) to enable Age of Generosity to understand trends and patterns. This information is not reviewed at an individual level.

6. Information Security

a. Commitment to Online Security. Age of Generosity employs physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Billing and payment data is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online requests or complaints. All Age of Generosity agents and contractors with access to personal information on the WISEgenerosity websites are also bound to adhere to Age of Generosity security standards.

b. No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. Age of Generosity will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of User personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, Age of Generosity shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of Age of Generosity including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of Age of Generosity staff and third parties.

7. Privacy Policy Changes and Opt-Out Rights

a. Changes to Privacy Policy. This privacy notice was last updated on September 9, 2025. Age of Generosity reserves the right to update its privacy policy statement at any time. A notice of any material change will be posted on the WISEgenerosity website on page [https://wisegenerosity.com/privacy-policy] for thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of such change.

b. Opt-Out Right. Users have the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used, or disclosed by WISEgenerosity and/or by any third parties with whom Age of Generosity has shared and/or transferred such personal information, subject to the following:

  • Customers may exercise the right of cancellation by contacting Age of Generosity via email at hello@wisegenerosity.com or by certified postal mail. After processing the cancellation, Age of Generosity will delete Customer’s personal information from its database.
  • Assessment Recipients who wish to have their data removed must contact us at hello@wisegenerosity.com. Please note that completing an assessment constitutes consent to share your results with the requesting Customer. While we can delete your data from our systems going forward, we cannot revoke assessment results already shared with the Customer who sent you the assessment.

8. Access Rights to Data

a. Information Maintained by WISEgenerosity. Upon request, Age of Generosity will provide a reasonable description of your personally identifiable information that WISEgenerosity maintains in its data bank. This includes, for Customers, account and transaction information, and for Assessment Recipients, assessment responses and results. Age of Generosity can be contacted by e-mail at hello@wisegenerosity.com, or certified postal mail at [8735 Dunwoody Place # 1114, Atlanta, GA, 30350].

b. Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. Help Age of Generosity to keep User personal information accurate. If your personal information changes, or if you note an error upon review of your information that WISEgenerosity has on file, please promptly email Age of Generosity at hello@wisegenerosity.com and provide the new or correct information.

c. Your California Privacy Rights. Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits Users of WISEgenerosity who are California residents to request certain information regarding WISEgenerosity’s disclosure of personal information for their direct marketing purposes. California’s privacy laws require a company to provide notice to California users of their rights to receive information on to which entities their information was shared for marketing purposes. Since Age of Generosity does not share information with third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes, this provision does not apply.

9. Accountability

a. Questions, Problems and Complaints. If you have a question about this policy statement, or a complaint about WISEgenerosity’s compliance with this privacy policy, you may contact Age of Generosity by email at hello@wisegenerosity.com.

b. Terms of Use. If a User chooses to use WISEgenerosity resources or subscribe to WISEgenerosity services, the User’s action is hereby deemed acceptance of Age of Generosity practices described in this policy statement. Any dispute over privacy between User and WISEgenerosity is subject to the provisions of this notice and to WISEgenerosity’s Terms of Use Agreement which is hereby incorporated herein and which can be read at [https://wisegenerosity.com/terms-and-conditions/].
